Job Summary
Managing a select portfolio of high-value enterprise accounts, the full-time remote Strategic Account Executive will build executive relationships, develop strategic account plans, and drive ARR growth by expanding product adoption and delivering exceptional customer value.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain meaningful executive relationships with both existing customers and new logos
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive product adoption and revenue growth
- Navigate complex sales cycles and manage multi-stakeholder environments to achieve measurable success
Required qualifications
- Proven experience managing complex enterprise accounts and navigating multi-stakeholder environments
- Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to identify customer pain points and tailor solutions
- Expertise in managing contract negotiations and securing mutually beneficial agreements
- Demonstrated ability in forecasting and pipeline management
- Ability to build trust-based relationships with customers and internal teams
