Job Summary

Serving as the primary relationship manager for assigned health systems, the full-time Strategic Account Executive will drive the adoption and growth of genomic testing programs in NICU and PICU environments while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the main point of contact for assigned NICU and PICU health-system relationships
  • Facilitate the adoption and growth of NICU WGS/WES and related genomic testing programs
  • Collaborate with Regional Account Executives to support enterprise-to-site pull-through and monitor utilization trends
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare, diagnostics, or health-system account management
  • Experience with hospital systems and NICU/PICU environments
  • Strong understanding of clinical adoption workflows and operational implementation
  • Proven ability to manage complex relationships in a cross-functional environment
