Job Summary
Managing client and partner relationships, the full-time Strategic Account Executive will analyze plan performance, lead review meetings, and collaborate with internal teams to enhance service offerings, working in a hybrid remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and manage client and partner relationships to retain business and ensure satisfaction
- Analyze plan performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Oversee Account Managers and assist in training, development, and performance evaluation
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related area
- 5 years of direct account service experience in the PBM or related healthcare field
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Advanced problem-solving skills, including root cause analysis and solution execution
- Strong ability to synthesize and analyze information to identify trends and risks
