Job Summary

A company is looking for a Strategic Account Executive for Specialty Benefits in the Chicago, IL, NW Indiana, or SE Wisconsin area, with the option to work remotely.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Forge relationships with key customers and consultants, develop client financial performance, and secure new business through marketing efforts
  • Exceed objectives for customer and broker satisfaction, participate in renewal planning and negotiation, and act as the main contact for Specialty Benefits
  • Support sales presentations, coordinate meetings, and measure/report on persistency rates within the assigned region

Required Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of sales or account management experience with specialty benefits products
  • Experience working with brokers and consultants for Mid-Market groups
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Proven ability to navigate a matrixed organization and work with diverse customer bases
  • Dedication to meeting customer expectations, setting objectives, and achieving goals effectively
