Job Summary

Owning 1-2 of Pulley's largest enterprise accounts, the full-time remote Strategic Account Lead will manage customer relationships, coordinate program visibility, and enable internal resources to ensure successful project outcomes.

Key responsibilities
  • Maintain a comprehensive view of account project portfolios and coordinate with Regional Leads to ensure alignment and timely delivery
  • Serve as the primary contact for decision-makers, fostering trust through proactive communication and leading regular account reviews
  • Onboard new stakeholders and facilitate program growth by training customer team members and collaborating with external partners
Required qualifications
  • 4-8 years of experience in project management, program management, or a related client-facing role
  • Background in construction, real estate, architecture, permitting, or a related field
  • Proven ability to manage large, complex projects and oversee multiple workstreams
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex updates into clear, customer-facing language
  • Demonstrated capability to build genuine relationships with stakeholders and work cross-functionally without direct authority
