Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years in account management, customer success, or a similar client-facing role
  • Experience in healthcare, health tech, or working with medical practices is preferred
  • Proficiency in using AI/automation tools for productivity and workflow
  • Ability to interpret metrics and use SQL or AI tools for basic data manipulation
  • Proactive and self-directed with a strong bias towards action
