Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain visibility into account performance, monitor KPIs, and proactively communicate risks
- Serve as the primary contact for accounts, managing communication and expectations while advocating for customer needs
- Understand customer goals, identify expansion opportunities, and collaborate with internal teams to drive performance and growth
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years in account management, customer success, or a similar client-facing role
- Experience in healthcare, health tech, or working with medical practices is preferred
- Proficiency in using AI/automation tools for productivity and workflow
- Ability to interpret metrics and use SQL or AI tools for basic data manipulation
- Proactive and self-directed with a strong bias towards action
