Job Summary
Managing a portfolio of 175 Strategic Food & Beverage sellers in North Carolina, the full-time Strategic Account Manager will drive account-based revenue growth, act as a consultant to high-value restaurant clients, and serve as the voice of the seller with product teams.
Key responsibilities
- Grow account-based revenue through use-case expansion, cross-selling, and customized onboarding experiences
- Identify and manage technical solutions to meet customer needs while collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Conduct quarterly business reviews and provide exceptional client service to ensure resolution of seller issues
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant Account Management experience
- Proven track record of managing, retaining, and growing a book of business
- Experience in contract and pricing negotiations with senior stakeholders
- Strong technical solutioning skills, including requirements gathering
- Restaurant or Food & Beverage technology experience preferred
