Job Summary

Managing a portfolio of 175 Strategic Food & Beverage sellers in North Carolina, the full-time Strategic Account Manager will drive account-based revenue growth, act as a consultant to high-value restaurant clients, and serve as the voice of the seller with product teams.

Key responsibilities
  • Grow account-based revenue through use-case expansion, cross-selling, and customized onboarding experiences
  • Identify and manage technical solutions to meet customer needs while collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews and provide exceptional client service to ensure resolution of seller issues
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of relevant Account Management experience
  • Proven track record of managing, retaining, and growing a book of business
  • Experience in contract and pricing negotiations with senior stakeholders
  • Strong technical solutioning skills, including requirements gathering
  • Restaurant or Food & Beverage technology experience preferred
