Job Summary

A company is looking for a Strategic Account Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze budgets, manage key accounts, and propose solutions to client needs
  • Identify potential strategic customers and monitor sales performance metrics
  • Collaborate with various departments, contribute to training courses, and support business growth

Qualifications and Experience:
  • 1-3 years of progressive sales experience in translation/interpretation services
  • Strong data analysis and writing skills for proposals and customer communication
  • People management and leadership abilities, proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Proven experience as a Customer Success Manager or in a similar role
  • Degree in Communications or Marketing is advantageous
