Key Responsibilities
  • Accelerate revenue growth through a solution-oriented approach with existing customers
  • Develop senior and executive relationships and manage high-value renewals and expansions
  • Partner with the sales team on account planning and drive total book of business growth
Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in account management, inside sales, or customer success
  • 4+ years of experience selling Enterprise SaaS products globally
  • Experience managing high-revenue customer engagements with Enterprise-level customers
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Clari, and Tableau
  • Experience analyzing data to identify opportunities and project growth trajectories
