Job Summary

A company is looking for a Strategic Account Manager to manage relationships with strategic clients and drive eCommerce strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive eCommerce strategies and business plans for clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful execution of eCommerce initiatives
  • Monitor performance metrics and build strong client relationships to drive satisfaction and revenue growth
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field
  • 10 years of experience, with approximately 5 years managing eCommerce strategy for clients
  • Proven experience with large enterprise clients, particularly in digital transformation and eCommerce
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and eCommerce platforms
  • Analytical skills with proficiency in data analytics tools such as Excel and SQL
