Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Manager to manage and expand significant client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans for key clients
  • Meet or exceed sales goals for renewals and upsells within the portfolio
  • Conduct regular strategic account reviews to assess satisfaction and identify opportunities
Qualifications and Experience Required
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Strategic Account Management or New Business Development
  • Proven success managing and growing large, complex accounts in a B2B software/services environment
  • Track record of renewing and upselling multi-year, subscription-based SaaS products
  • Strong business acumen with experience selling to C-Level executives
  • General understanding of compliance or GRC challenges
