Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic account plans for key clients
- Meet or exceed sales goals for renewals and upsells within the portfolio
- Conduct regular strategic account reviews to assess satisfaction and identify opportunities
Qualifications and Experience Required
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Strategic Account Management or New Business Development
- Proven success managing and growing large, complex accounts in a B2B software/services environment
- Track record of renewing and upselling multi-year, subscription-based SaaS products
- Strong business acumen with experience selling to C-Level executives
- General understanding of compliance or GRC challenges
