Job Summary

A company is looking for a Strategic Account Portfolio Manager, remote anywhere in the US.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and addressing any issues or concerns promptly
  • Understand customer portfolio requirements and partner with service field branches to ensure compliance with customer operating requirements
  • Identify and proactively resolve operational issues impacting key accounts, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum client satisfaction
Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • 3+ years' Operational Account Management experience or 3+ years' Service Management experience
  • Associate or BA/BS preferred
  • Strong preference for candidates with Operational Account Management experience in HVAC
  • Knowledge of enterprise software (Salesforce, ServiceMax, SAP S/4Hana, etc.)
