Job Summary
A company is looking for a Strategic Account Portfolio Manager, remote anywhere in the US.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and addressing any issues or concerns promptly
- Understand customer portfolio requirements and partner with service field branches to ensure compliance with customer operating requirements
- Identify and proactively resolve operational issues impacting key accounts, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum client satisfaction
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED
- 3+ years' Operational Account Management experience or 3+ years' Service Management experience
- Associate or BA/BS preferred
- Strong preference for candidates with Operational Account Management experience in HVAC
- Knowledge of enterprise software (Salesforce, ServiceMax, SAP S/4Hana, etc.)
