Job Summary
A company is looking for a Strategic Account Manager to lead and expand relationships with high-value customers in the Western United States.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary executive sales contact for a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts
- Develop and execute multi-year strategic account plans aligned with customer objectives
- Identify and lead strategic cross-sell and upsell opportunities across product lines
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years of enterprise software sales or strategic account management experience
- Demonstrated success managing and growing large enterprise accounts
- Proven ability to build C-level relationships and influence buying groups
- Strong understanding of enterprise IT environments and compliance challenges
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; MBA is a plus
