Job Summary

A company is looking for a Strategic Account Manager (Software Renewals).

Key Responsibilities
  • Renew and upsell existing clients while achieving usage, revenue, and retention goals
  • Provide training and user adoption support throughout the client lifecycle
  • Collaborate with the sales team for smooth client onboarding and address client challenges proactively
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of account management experience in SaaS or technology services, with 3+ years in Enterprise/Strategic organizations
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding renewal and upsell quotas
  • Collaborative mindset with a focus on contributing to new processes and infrastructure
  • Strong commercial skills for consultative conversations related to renewals and upsells
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
