Job Summary
A company is looking for a Strategic Account Manager (Software Renewals).
Key Responsibilities
- Renew and upsell existing clients while achieving usage, revenue, and retention goals
- Provide training and user adoption support throughout the client lifecycle
- Collaborate with the sales team for smooth client onboarding and address client challenges proactively
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of account management experience in SaaS or technology services, with 3+ years in Enterprise/Strategic organizations
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding renewal and upsell quotas
- Collaborative mindset with a focus on contributing to new processes and infrastructure
- Strong commercial skills for consultative conversations related to renewals and upsells
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
