Job Summary
A company is looking for a Strategic Account Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of strategic accounts in the AEC industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage key client relationships and develop account strategies to drive growth
- Renew, upsell, and cross-sell to maximize revenue within assigned accounts
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful product adoption
Required Qualifications
- Experience managing strategic level accounts in the AEC/O industry
- Proven track record of sustaining long-term client relationships
- Experience using Salesforce or other CRM systems
- Ability to effectively present to C-suite executives
- Firm understanding of relevant software applications for territory management
