Job Summary

A company is looking for a Strategic Account Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of strategic accounts in the AEC industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage key client relationships and develop account strategies to drive growth
  • Renew, upsell, and cross-sell to maximize revenue within assigned accounts
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful product adoption
Required Qualifications
  • Experience managing strategic level accounts in the AEC/O industry
  • Proven track record of sustaining long-term client relationships
  • Experience using Salesforce or other CRM systems
  • Ability to effectively present to C-suite executives
  • Firm understanding of relevant software applications for territory management
