Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Strategic Account Manager - (Pharma as Client).

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary strategic partner for assigned pharmaceutical manufacturer accounts, ensuring alignment between client objectives and solutions
  • Own and manage key account KPIs, analyzing operational and financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Directly manage and develop a team of Strategic Account Managers, fostering a collaborative team culture focused on client success
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or equivalent professional experience
  • 7+ years of experience in strategic account management, client strategy, or consultative sales roles
  • Experience working with pharmaceutical manufacturers, HUB services, and/or specialty pharmacy operations
  • Proven ability to manage complex client relationships and deliver measurable business outcomes
  • High level of technical proficiency, including advanced use of Microsoft Office tools
