Job Summary

A company is looking for a Strategic Account Manager to join their EMEA team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans for assigned key clients
  • Meet or exceed sales goals for renewals and upsells within the portfolio
  • Conduct regular strategic account reviews to assess satisfaction levels and identify opportunities for value-added services
Required Qualifications
  • Proven success managing and growing large, complex accounts in a B2B software/services environment
  • Thorough understanding of GRC or compliance challenges
  • Track record of renewing and upselling multi-year, subscription-based SaaS products
  • Strong business acumen with experience selling to C-Level executives
  • Expert sales process management skills and ability to leverage customer relationships for cross-sell opportunities
