Job Summary
A company is looking for a Strategic Account Manager to join their EMEA team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic account plans for assigned key clients
- Meet or exceed sales goals for renewals and upsells within the portfolio
- Conduct regular strategic account reviews to assess satisfaction levels and identify opportunities for value-added services
Required Qualifications
- Proven success managing and growing large, complex accounts in a B2B software/services environment
- Thorough understanding of GRC or compliance challenges
- Track record of renewing and upselling multi-year, subscription-based SaaS products
- Strong business acumen with experience selling to C-Level executives
- Expert sales process management skills and ability to leverage customer relationships for cross-sell opportunities
