Job Summary

A company is looking for a Strategic Account Manager to manage and grow client relationships in the charter school and nonprofit sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the customer journey, ensuring successful onboarding and ongoing client engagement
  • Identify and pursue revenue expansion opportunities through cross-selling and up-selling services to clients
  • Facilitate regular client interactions and manage client satisfaction, ensuring value realization from services provided
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
  • 5+ years of experience in account management, client success, or consulting in B2B professional services or education-related fields
  • Proven track record of managing renewals and achieving sales targets
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Experience with CRM systems, particularly HubSpot
