Job Summary

A company is looking for a Strategic Account Manager to oversee client relationships and delivery for a new fully managed Offsite service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of mid-market to enterprise Offsite accounts, including onboarding, strategy, execution, and reporting
  • Develop tailored publisher and placement strategies based on clients' competitive landscapes and AI search goals
  • Monitor campaign performance and report on metrics, while identifying expansion opportunities within existing accounts
Required Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in account management, client services, or customer success, preferably in digital marketing or SaaS
  • Familiarity with AI search, SEO, content marketing, and digital PR concepts
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • Operationally sharp with the ability to manage multiple projects and timelines
  • Analytical mindset to interpret performance data and make recommendations
