Job Summary

A company is looking for a Strategic Account Lead to maximize the strategic value and revenue potential of key client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the strategic contact for 2-3 key accounts, understanding their business objectives and identifying growth opportunities
  • Drive revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and developing account-specific growth plans
  • Ensure exceptional client satisfaction and maintain target renewal rates across assigned accounts
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of strategic account management experience at digital agencies or consulting firms
  • Proven track record of growing existing accounts and achieving retention targets above 85%
  • Experience managing relationships with enterprise-level technology companies
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to understand complex client business models
  • Background in digital transformation, experience design, or emerging technology services is preferred
