Strategic Account Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Strategic Account Manager - Infusion Centers - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate reports for strategic accounts showing patient updates
• Occasionally meet in person with providers and answer incoming phone calls to FlexCare
• Serve as the single point of contact for the sales team and providers' offices for urgent needs

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• 1+ years of experience interacting with healthcare professionals
• 1+ years of experience with healthcare insurance benefits and authorizations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new systems quickly
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
