Job Summary
A company is looking for a Strategic Account Business Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Account Executives in account planning, deal progression, and pipeline execution for strategic accounts
- Act as the operational backbone for enterprise pursuits, ensuring efficient deal progression and preparing executive-ready materials
- Maintain high-quality Salesforce records and coordinate cross-functional resources to support enterprise opportunities
Required Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Deal Desk, or Enterprise Sales Support within SaaS, cybersecurity, or professional services
- Deep expertise in Salesforce; experience with CPQ, reporting, and dashboard creation strongly preferred
- Strong financial acumen including pricing, margin considerations, and deal structuring
- Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; ability to create executive-ready materials
- Experience creating polished, executive-level pitch decks and customer-facing presentations
