Job Summary

A company is looking for a Strategic Account Manager to manage renewal relationships and expansion strategies of strategic customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage medium to large customers with annual spend of $100k - $500k, driving revenue and success
  • Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to support customer accounts effectively
  • Oversee contracts, negotiations, and financial inquiries related to customer agreements
Required Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of successful Account Management experience in B2B SaaS
  • Experience in ad-tech and/or digital marketing is preferred
  • Proven track record of achieving sales quotas and managing sales processes
  • Experience in a dynamic, high-energy sales culture
