Job Summary
A company is looking for a Strategic Account Partner to manage and grow revenue across a portfolio of enterprise service professional partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of Strategic Service Professional partners and serve as their primary point of contact
- Analyze partner performance metrics and provide data-driven insights to improve outcomes
- Identify growth opportunities and negotiate contracts to maximize value for partners
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or strategic partnerships
- Experience managing a significant book of business ($5M+ annually)
- Highly analytical with experience using BI tools and CRM software
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Some travel may be required (~5%)
