Job Summary

A company is looking for a Strategic Account Partner to manage and grow revenue across a portfolio of enterprise service professional partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of Strategic Service Professional partners and serve as their primary point of contact
  • Analyze partner performance metrics and provide data-driven insights to improve outcomes
  • Identify growth opportunities and negotiate contracts to maximize value for partners
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or strategic partnerships
  • Experience managing a significant book of business ($5M+ annually)
  • Highly analytical with experience using BI tools and CRM software
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Some travel may be required (~5%)
