Job Summary

A company is looking for a Strategic Account Manager - US.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the end-to-end commercial relationship for strategic accounts, including renewals and expansions
  • Identify and qualify new expansion opportunities across products and teams
  • Build trusted relationships with senior decision-makers and manage executive-level discussions


Required Qualifications
  • 6-10 years in Account Management, Strategic Customer Success, or Enterprise Sales, ideally in B2B SaaS
  • Proven experience managing large, complex enterprise or strategic accounts
  • Strong track record of renewals and long-term account growth
  • Experience with highly technical products or platforms
  • Proficiency with macOS and remote work tools such as Slack and Google Workspace
