Required Qualifications
- 6-10 years in Account Management, Strategic Customer Success, or Enterprise Sales, ideally in B2B SaaS
- Proven experience managing large, complex enterprise or strategic accounts
- Strong track record of renewals and long-term account growth
- Experience with highly technical products or platforms
- Proficiency with macOS and remote work tools such as Slack and Google Workspace
