Job Summary

A company is looking for a Strategic Account Manager responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute strategic business reviews and lead the renewal process for existing clients
  • Identify upsell opportunities through client meetings and manage client enhancement requests
  • Act as the escalation point for service tickets and ensure adherence to contractual SLAs
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of account management experience
  • Experience managing clients at business owner and executive levels
  • Experience with contracting processes, including renewals and amendments
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
