Job Summary
A company is looking for a Strategic Account Manager responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute strategic business reviews and lead the renewal process for existing clients
- Identify upsell opportunities through client meetings and manage client enhancement requests
- Act as the escalation point for service tickets and ensure adherence to contractual SLAs
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of account management experience
- Experience managing clients at business owner and executive levels
- Experience with contracting processes, including renewals and amendments
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
