Job Summary
A company is looking for a Strategic Account Manager in the MarTech / AdTech sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the entire customer lifecycle to increase usage, adoption, and growth
- Develop deep expertise with the platform to build advisory relationships and share creative solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for strategic success planning and customer communications
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management roles
- 2+ years of experience in the AdTech / MarTech space with large enterprise clients
- Experience supporting customers with cloud-based SaaS solutions
- Ability to analyze and interpret business requirements and customer interactions
- Self-starter mentality with adaptability to new tools and technologies
