Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Take ownership of the entire customer lifecycle to increase usage, adoption, and growth

Required Qualifications
  • 6+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management roles
  • 2+ years of experience in the AdTech / MarTech space with large enterprise clients
  • Experience supporting customers with cloud-based SaaS solutions
  • Ability to analyze and interpret business requirements and customer interactions
  • Self-starter mentality with adaptability to new tools and technologies
