Job Summary
A company is looking for a Strategic Account Manager to strengthen and expand client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary relationship lead for a defined portfolio of clients
- Identify, qualify, and advance financing and refinancing opportunities across assigned accounts
- Drive account expansion through cross-selling services and lead onboarding of the WDSuite platform
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; major in business, finance, technology, or related field preferred
- 7+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or relationship management
- Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth through repeat business and account expansion
- Prior experience in commercial real estate, financial services, or capital markets preferred
- Experience managing accounts using CRM and customer engagement platforms preferred
