Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Manager, Strategic, EMEA.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the strategic partner and main point of contact for high-value enterprise customers
  • Lead strategic planning and success reviews to help customers achieve their transformation objectives
  • Own renewals and expansion opportunities, driving customer retention and revenue growth
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience with enterprise or strategic accounts within a SaaS organization
  • 5+ years managing multi-million-dollar portfolios with accounts exceeding $500K in ARR
  • Proven record of driving complex renewals and expansions at the C-suite level
  • Experience working with large, global organizations, navigating procurement and governance
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to build multi-year account plans tied to customer outcomes
