Job Summary
A company is looking for an Account Manager, Strategic, EMEA.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the strategic partner and main point of contact for high-value enterprise customers
- Lead strategic planning and success reviews to help customers achieve their transformation objectives
- Own renewals and expansion opportunities, driving customer retention and revenue growth
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience with enterprise or strategic accounts within a SaaS organization
- 5+ years managing multi-million-dollar portfolios with accounts exceeding $500K in ARR
- Proven record of driving complex renewals and expansions at the C-suite level
- Experience working with large, global organizations, navigating procurement and governance
- Strategic mindset with the ability to build multi-year account plans tied to customer outcomes
