Job Summary
A company is looking for a Strategic Account Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Own retention and growth for Tier 1 enterprise accounts, creating strategic account plans
- Build relationships with executives and lead business reviews to demonstrate ROI
- Manage renewal strategies, identify upsell opportunities, and mitigate churn risk
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in Account Management, Customer Success, or Strategic Accounts in B2B SaaS
- Experience in enterprise IT, IT Operations, SRE, or Observability platforms
- Proven track record managing large ARR accounts and driving renewals
- Ability to communicate technical value in business terms to executives
- Comfortable navigating complex enterprise organizations and fast-paced environments
