Job Summary

A company is looking for a Strategic Account Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own retention and growth for Tier 1 enterprise accounts, creating strategic account plans
  • Build relationships with executives and lead business reviews to demonstrate ROI
  • Manage renewal strategies, identify upsell opportunities, and mitigate churn risk
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years in Account Management, Customer Success, or Strategic Accounts in B2B SaaS
  • Experience in enterprise IT, IT Operations, SRE, or Observability platforms
  • Proven track record managing large ARR accounts and driving renewals
  • Ability to communicate technical value in business terms to executives
  • Comfortable navigating complex enterprise organizations and fast-paced environments
