Job Summary

Strategic Account Manager, responsible for leading a team of International Recruitment Specialists in providing high-touch service to major host employers for Summer Work and Travel, ensuring job renewals and placements, in a full-time remote position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide sales and account management leadership to a team supporting the largest Summer Work and Travel host employers
  • Maximize renewals for managed host relationships and develop strategic sales plans for new accounts
  • Oversee hiring and placements, ensuring high-quality service and satisfaction for all stakeholders
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 3-6 years of sales and customer success experience, preferably in B2B and human capital solutions
  • 1-3 years of people management experience preferred
  • Proficiency in technology, including experience with Salesforce and Microsoft Suite
  • Passion for global exchange and alignment with the organization's mission
