Job Summary

Strategic Account Manager, responsible for managing and expanding high-value relationships in the pharmaceutical and contract research organization sectors, this full-time position combines scientific understanding with commercial strategy to enhance R&D and operational initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of the portfolio in assigned pharma and CRO accounts across North America and EMEA
  • Develop multi-year account strategies aligned with customer priorities and identify expansion opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions and lead executive business reviews
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in strategic account management or related fields within pharma, CRO, or life sciences
  • Proven success in managing complex accounts with long sales cycles
  • Ability to influence senior leaders in scientific and operational roles
  • Bachelor's degree in life sciences or a related field; advanced degrees preferred
  • Strong negotiation and executive presentation skills
