Job Summary
Managing a portfolio of 50 strategic Food & Beverage sellers, the full-time Strategic Account Manager will drive account-based revenue growth through customized onboarding experiences and serve as the voice of the upmarket seller with product teams while providing exceptional client service.
Key responsibilities
- Grow account-based revenue via use-case expansion and cross-sell opportunities
- Act as a consultant to high-value restaurant sellers, identifying and executing technical solutions
- Conduct quarterly business reviews and collaborate with Strategic Account Executives on high-growth deals
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant Account Management experience
- Proven track record of managing, retaining, and growing a book of business
- Experience with contract and pricing negotiations with senior stakeholders
- Technical solutioning experience, including requirements gathering
- Preferred experience in the restaurant or Food & Beverage technology sector
