Job Summary

Managing a portfolio of 50 strategic Food & Beverage sellers, the full-time Strategic Account Manager will drive account-based revenue growth through customized onboarding experiences and serve as the voice of the upmarket seller with product teams while providing exceptional client service.

Key responsibilities
  • Grow account-based revenue via use-case expansion and cross-sell opportunities
  • Act as a consultant to high-value restaurant sellers, identifying and executing technical solutions
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews and collaborate with Strategic Account Executives on high-growth deals
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of relevant Account Management experience
  • Proven track record of managing, retaining, and growing a book of business
  • Experience with contract and pricing negotiations with senior stakeholders
  • Technical solutioning experience, including requirements gathering
  • Preferred experience in the restaurant or Food & Beverage technology sector
