Job Summary
Managing a portfolio of 50 Strategic Food & Beverage Sellers, the full-time Strategic Account Manager will drive account-based revenue growth through customized onboarding experiences and serve as an advocate for upmarket sellers while collaborating with product teams to address complex business needs.
Key responsibilities
- Grow account-based revenue via use-case expansion and cross-sell opportunities
- Act as a consultant and partner to high-value restaurant sellers to achieve their goals
- Project manage the execution of technical solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant Account Management experience
- Proven experience managing, retaining, and growing a book of business
- Strong discovery skills and genuine curiosity about customer businesses
- Experience with contract and pricing negotiations with senior stakeholders
- Restaurant experience and/or F&B Technology experience preferred
