Job Summary

Managing a portfolio of 50 strategic Food & Beverage sellers, the full-time Strategic Account Manager will drive account-based revenue growth through customized onboarding experiences and serve as the voice of the upmarket seller with product teams while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Grow account-based revenue via use-case expansion and cross-sell opportunities
  • Act as a consultant to high-value restaurant sellers and manage the execution of technical solutions
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews with various stakeholders to ensure alignment and progress
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of relevant Account Management experience
  • Proven track record of managing, retaining, and growing a book of business
  • Experience with contract and pricing negotiations with senior stakeholders
  • Technical solutioning framework experience, including requirements gathering
  • Restaurant and/or Food & Beverage Technology experience preferred
