Job Summary
Driving revenue growth from existing enterprise accounts, the full-time Strategic Account Manager will uncover upsell and cross-sell opportunities while building strong relationships with Fortune 1000 clients in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Own a revenue quota tied to growth from existing client accounts
- Develop and execute account growth strategies through proactive engagement
- Monitor account health and collaborate with internal teams to mitigate churn
Required qualifications
- Five-plus years of experience in enterprise account management or strategic sales, preferably in a SaaS or B2B tech environment
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue growth targets through expansion sales
- Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and long sales cycles
- Exceptional executive presence with comfort presenting to C-suite executives
- Familiarity with a standard SaaS sellers tech stack (SFDC, Outreach, Sales Navigator, etc.)
