Job Summary

Managing a portfolio of 50 strategic Food and Beverage sellers in the Los Angeles area, the full-time Strategic Account Manager will drive account-based revenue growth, serve as the voice of the seller with product teams, and provide exceptional client service while navigating complex projects and negotiations.

Key responsibilities
  • Grow account-based revenue through use-case expansion and customized onboarding experiences
  • Act as a consultant to high-value restaurant sellers, identifying technical solutions to meet their needs
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews and collaborate with cross-functional teams on project execution
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of relevant Account Management experience
  • Proven track record of managing and growing a book of business
  • Experience in contract and pricing negotiations with senior stakeholders
  • Strong technical solutioning skills, including requirements gathering
  • Preferred experience in the restaurant or Food & Beverage technology sectors
