Job Summary

Managing a portfolio of 50 strategic Food and Beverage sellers in the Los Angeles area and across the West Coast, the full-time Strategic Account Manager will drive account-based revenue growth through customized onboarding, cross-selling opportunities, and serving as the voice of the seller to product teams.

Key responsibilities
  • Grow account-based revenue by identifying use-case expansion opportunities and providing tailored onboarding experiences
  • Act as a consultant to high-value restaurant sellers, ensuring their goals are met through effective project management of technical solutions
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews and negotiate pricing for use-case expansion and seller retention
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of relevant Account Management experience
  • Proven track record of managing, retaining, and growing a book of business
  • Experience with contract and pricing negotiations with senior stakeholders
  • Strong technical solutioning skills, including requirements gathering
  • Restaurant and/or Food & Beverage Technology experience preferred
