Job Summary

Managing a portfolio of enterprise customers, the full-time Strategic Account Manager will be responsible for the long-term success, retention, and growth of key institutional relationships while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary relationship owner and executive point of contact for enterprise clients, developing and executing account plans
  • Lead renewal conversations and identify expansion opportunities across the product suite while partnering with Sales leadership on pricing strategy
  • Oversee the onboarding process for new clients, maintaining a structured view of account health and mobilizing cross-functional teams to address client needs
Required qualifications
  • At least 7+ years in strategic account management or enterprise sales roles serving financial institutions
  • Proven track record of managing large, complex enterprise relationships and driving retention and expansion
  • Strong commercial instincts with experience in pricing conversations and contract negotiations
  • Working knowledge of blockchain infrastructure and institutional client services
  • Technical fluency to navigate product roadmap discussions and triage production issues effectively
