Job Summary
Managing a portfolio of 50 strategic Food & Beverage sellers, the full-time Strategic Account Manager will drive account-based revenue growth, serve as a voice for sellers with product teams, and provide high-level consulting to help clients achieve their business goals.
Key responsibilities
- Grow account-based revenue through use-case expansion and cross-selling opportunities
- Act as a consultant and partner to high-value restaurant sellers, addressing their needs with technical solutions
- Conduct quarterly business reviews and provide exceptional client service to resolve seller issues
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant Account Management experience
- Proven track record of managing and growing a book of business
- Experience with contract and pricing negotiations with senior stakeholders
- Technical solutioning framework experience, including requirements gathering
- Preferred background in the restaurant or Food & Beverage technology sectors
