Job Summary
Managing a portfolio of 50 strategic Food and Beverage sellers, the full-time Strategic Account Manager will drive account-based revenue growth, serve as an advocate for sellers with product teams, and provide high-level consulting to meet complex business needs.
Key responsibilities
- Grow account-based revenue through use-case expansion and customized onboarding experiences
- Act as a consultant to high-value restaurant sellers, identifying opportunities for technical solutions
- Conduct quarterly business reviews and negotiate pricing for use-case expansion and retention
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant Account Management experience
- Proven track record of managing, retaining, and growing a book of business
- Experience with contract and pricing negotiations with senior stakeholders
- Technical solutioning skills, including requirements gathering
- Preferred experience in the restaurant or Food & Beverage technology sectors
