Job Summary
Managing a portfolio of 150 to 175 strategic Food and Beverage sellers, the full-time Strategic Account Manager will drive account-based revenue growth, serve as a voice for upmarket sellers with product teams, and provide high-touch client service while working closely with cross-functional teams to implement technical solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Grow account-based revenue through use-case expansion and customized onboarding experiences
- Act as a consultant to high-value restaurant sellers, identifying opportunities for technical solutions
- Conduct quarterly business reviews and manage relationships with key stakeholders
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant Account Management experience
- Proven track record of managing, retaining, and growing a book of business
- Experience with contract and pricing negotiations with senior stakeholders
- Strong technical solutioning skills, including requirements gathering
- Preferred experience in the restaurant or Food & Beverage technology sectors
