Job Summary
Managing a portfolio of approximately 50 mid-market sellers, the full-time Strategic Account Manager will focus on retaining and growing client relationships by identifying use-case expansion opportunities and delivering customized onboarding experiences while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Retain and grow the client portfolio through cross-sell opportunities and tailored onboarding
- Identify and project manage the execution of technical solutions to meet customer needs
- Negotiate contracts for use-case expansion and serve as the voice of the client with internal product teams
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of account management or sales experience
- Proven track record of consistent over-performance on key metrics
- Experience within the Retail industry
- Technical solutioning framework knowledge, including requirements gathering
- Experience managing projects with engineering, product, and finance teams
