Job Summary

Managing a portfolio of approximately 50 mid-market sellers, the full-time Strategic Account Manager will focus on retaining and growing client relationships by identifying use-case expansion opportunities and delivering customized onboarding experiences while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities
  • Retain and grow the client portfolio through cross-sell opportunities and tailored onboarding
  • Identify and project manage the execution of technical solutions to meet customer needs
  • Negotiate contracts for use-case expansion and serve as the voice of the client with internal product teams
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of account management or sales experience
  • Proven track record of consistent over-performance on key metrics
  • Experience within the Retail industry
  • Technical solutioning framework knowledge, including requirements gathering
  • Experience managing projects with engineering, product, and finance teams
