Job Summary
Managing a portfolio of approximately 50 mid-market sellers, the full-time Strategic Account Manager will focus on retaining and expanding client relationships through customized onboarding experiences and technical solution implementation while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Retain and grow the portfolio via use-case expansion and cross-sell opportunities
- Identify and project manage technical solutions to address customer needs in collaboration with internal teams
- Negotiate contracts for use-case expansion and serve as the voice of the upmarket seller with Product Teams
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of account management or sales experience
- Experience within the Retail industry
- Proven project management experience with engineering, product, and finance teams
- Contract and/or pricing negotiations experience with senior stakeholders
- Strong discovery skills and a technical solutioning framework
