Job Summary
Managing a portfolio of approximately 50 mid-market sellers, the full-time Strategic Account Manager will retain and grow client relationships by identifying use-case expansion opportunities and providing tailored onboarding experiences while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Retain and grow the portfolio through cross-sell opportunities and customized seller onboarding experiences
- Identify technical solutions to meet customer needs and manage project execution with internal teams
- Negotiate contracts for use-case expansion and serve as the voice of the upmarket seller with Product Teams
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of account management or sales experience
- Experience within the Retail industry
- Proven project management experience with engineering, product, and finance teams
- Contract and/or pricing negotiation experience with senior stakeholders
- Strong discovery skills and creative problem-solving capabilities
