Job Summary
Focused on driving strategic growth, the full-time remote Strategic Account Manager will manage large client portfolios, lead client engagements, and develop scalable account strategies while mentoring junior team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage large and complex client portfolios (100-250 employee-sized accounts)
- Lead client QBRs and strategic planning sessions
- Drive client outcomes using data-driven insights
