Job Summary
Managing a portfolio of 150-175 strategic food and beverage sellers in the Central United States, the full-time Strategic Account Manager will drive account-based revenue growth through customized onboarding experiences and serve as a liaison between sellers and product teams.
Key responsibilities
- Grow account-based revenue via cross-sell opportunities and use-case expansion
- Act as a consultant and partner to high-value restaurant sellers, addressing their goals and needs
- Conduct quarterly business reviews and provide white glove client service to ensure issue resolution
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant Account Management experience
- Proven track record of managing and growing a book of business
- Experience in contract and pricing negotiations with senior stakeholders
- Familiarity with technical solutioning frameworks and project management across teams
- Preferred experience in the restaurant or food and beverage technology sectors
