Job Summary
As a trusted advisor for customers and internal stakeholders, the full-time remote Strategic Account Manager will drive business value, grow accounts, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through relationship building and strategic initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and customers, preparing and presenting activity reports and managing escalations
- Identify and strategize new opportunities for account growth, delivering savings and efficiencies through the JLL Marketplace
- Perform quantitative and qualitative analyses to present insights that drive incremental growth and user adoption of JLL Marketplace
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business management, marketing, or business operations preferred
- 5-10+ years of experience in external-facing customer roles, with at least 5 years in a Customer Success role or comparable
- Experience in Supply Chain, Commercial Real Estate (CRE), or SaaS with exposure to B2B procurement systems preferred
- Knowledge of emerging procurement technologies and data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI
- High comfort level interacting with and influencing executive-level professionals
