Job Summary

Driving strategic growth and customer satisfaction, the full-time salaried Strategic Account Manager will develop relationships with key decision-makers, identify new business opportunities, and align customer needs with innovative aftermarket solutions in a remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain high-level relationships with senior decision-makers across strategic customer accounts
  • Identify, develop, and close new sales opportunities to expand market share and revenue
  • Conduct regular strategy sessions with customer leadership to align solutions with evolving needs
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years in strategic, solution-based sales, preferably in Government and Utility sectors
  • Proven track record in new business development and account expansion
  • Exceptional relationship-building and collaboration skills with internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with creativity, initiative, and a drive for continuous improvement
