Job Summary
Driving client growth and relationship management, the full-time Strategic Account Manager will nurture client partnerships, develop tailored campaign strategies, and leverage ad tech insights to maximize revenue performance in a remote work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the trusted lead for assigned accounts, managing strategy, relationship development, and lifecycle planning
- Synthesize campaign data into clear narratives and craft impactful presentations linking performance to business outcomes
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify upsell opportunities and ensure smooth execution of client campaigns
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years in account management within the advertising or ad tech industry
- Proven track record of client growth, retention, and consultative upselling
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance data
- Proficiency in Google Workspace products, HubSpot, Salesforce, and other ad tech tools
- Experience with research tools and ad measurement platforms is a plus
